Annual Meeting Marketing Opportunities for STP Sponsors 
Thanks to the continued support of Corporate Sponsors, the Society of Toxicologic Pathology is able to integrate toxicologic pathology into risk assessment and risk communication, to provide for the continuing education of toxicologic pathologists and to provide expert guidance for national and international regulatory bodies. This support also allows the Society to fund training scholarships and hold a five-day annual symposium, while keeping fees affordable. We strive to fully recognize each and every contribution to the STP for support of our programs, including recognition at the annual symposium.
Corporate sponsor levels and benefits and additional event sponsorship opportunities are listed below.

All sponsors receive the following acknowledgments:

DIAMOND SPONSOR ($15,000 or greater) Additional recognition includes:
- Verbal acknowledgment at the Plenary Lecture and Awards Ceremony at STP Annual Symposium
- Seven Sponsor ribbons for name badges
EMERALD SPONSOR ($10,000–$14,999) Additional recognition includes:

OPAL SPONSOR ($7,000–$9,999) Additional recognition includes:

Annual Meeting Event Sponsorship Opportunities
Exhibitors or Sponsors may host an event for all attendees, such as a breakfast, lunch, or reception that does not compete with STP scheduled events. The cost of hosting a function is free; however, all catering costs are the responsibility of the exhibiting company. Events will be publicized in the Exhibits section of the Program book. The total cost of the event will be combined with a company’s cash donation to determine sponsor recognition level.

The following events are available to sponsor, and may be sponsored by more than one company:
- Sunday Evening STP Welcome Reception
- Attendee Breakfast (four slots available on each of five days @ $2000)
- AM Breaks: (three slots available on each of five days @ $1000)
- PM Breaks: (Five slots available on each of four days @ $1000)
The following events will be held only if hosted by an exhibiting company, all catering costs would be the responsibility of the hosting company:
Monday night reception (one available)
Tuesday night reception (one available)
Attendee luncheon (four available)
Internet Café (four slots available @ $1500)
All hosting companies will be recognized in the Program and on signage at each event. |
