The Boston Marriott Copley Place in Boston, MA will be the Headquarters Hotel of the STP 2012 Annual Meeting June 24–28, 2012. This downtown Boston hotel is in an ideal location in Boston’s Back Bay district just steps from many of the city’s historic attractions, renowned shopping streets, restaurants, and sporting facilities.

Government employees may make a reservation using the Online Hotel Reservation or by calling Hotel Reservations phone number above to receive the government rate for June 22–28, during the meeting. Government rated rooms are limited and a Government ID is required upon check-in.

Students (limited number available) may make a reservation using the Online Hotel Reservation or by calling the Hotel Reservations phone number above to receive a special student rate of $219 for June 22–28, during the meeting. Student rated rooms are limited and a Student ID is required upon check-in.

Note: You are encouraged to make hotel reservations as soon as possible to ensure availability in the headquarters hotel (even though Marriott Boston Copley Place’s deadline is May 25, 2012).

Rates: Hotel’s room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 14.45%) in effect at the time of check-in.

Internet Access

Wired Internet access (a $12.95 value) will be available in each room at no charge for STP meeting attendees. You will receive a login code when you check-in at the hotel.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is by 6:00 pm the day of arrival. If you fail to arrive on your confirmed date, and you do not cancel the reservation, your ENTIRE reservation will be cancelled, and the credit card on file will be charged one night’s room and tax.
