Student Housing

The STP hotel rate at the Boston Marriott Copley Place is $242 for a single or double (Plus 14.5% tax). A limited number of Student rate rooms are also available (Online Hotel Reservation). Cost is $219 (plus tax).

If you would like to save costs by sharing a room with another student at the 2012 Annual Meeting, please fill out the PDF provided below and return it to Headquarters. Once we hear from other students, we will contact you with possible roommate contact information.

Note: By checking the box and returning the form to STP Headquarters, Student expressly consents to the sharing of his/her contact information, including his or her email address with other attendees of the Annual Meeting, in order to facilitate room sharing requests and communications among Students who seek roommates. Student further acknowledges and agrees: 1) to use any contact information and email addresses received as a result of checking the box, for the sole purpose of seeking a roommate at the annual meeting and for no other purpose; 2) that STP is not responsible for, and hereby disclaims all liability for any loss, misuse, mishandling or abuse of any Student contact information or email address once the box is checked; and, 3) Student is at least 21 years old, OR my parent/legal guardian has read and agreed to the foregoing.
