The Westin Rio Mar Headquarter Hotel The Westin Rio Mar is a 500-acre tropical resort on magnificent Rio Mar Beach on the Northeast corner of Puerto Rico. It is adjacent to El Yunque Caribbean National Forest, which covers more than 28,000 acres in the Luquillo mountains and is home to more than 240 species of trees, 1000 species of plants, and 60 species of birds. It is 20 miles from San Juan International Airport. Attendees can choose from eleven restaurants ranging from a Tiki Bar to upscale Puerto Rican cuisine. There are furnished balconies in every room. High speed internet access is also included in each room.

The Westin has two beachfront swimming pools and a water sports center and dive shop with scuba diving, snorkeling, waverunners, sailing, kayaking, and parasailing. World-Class Golf courses and Tennis courts are on the property.

The El Conquistador

Over Flow Hotel—Due to strong interest in this meeting, there is limited space remaining at the Westin Rio Mar on certain nights especially Saturday 6/9. Therefore, STP has added a room block at El Conquistador for Saturday night 6/9 only at this time. Shuttle service (approximately 30-40 minute shuttle ride) will be provided to the headquarter hotel.

The El Conquistador is also located on the Northeast corner of Puerto Rico. The resort is perched on a 300-foot cliff overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and Caribbean Sea. The hotel is only four miles from the stores and attractions of downtown Fajardo and Las Croabas and offers Easy access to world-class golf, wind surfing, scuba diving, and fishing. 31 miles from San Juan and Luis MuÑoz Marin International Airport (SJU).

Attendees can choose from sixteen restaurants and lounges. The resort offers eight outdoor pools and a whirlpool, sauna, and Jacuzzi. There are also seven tennis courts for guests to use. High speed internet access is also included in each room.

Gran Meliá Puerto Rico (formerly the Paradisus Puerto Rico all inclusive resort)

Over Flow Hotel—Due to overwhelmingly strong interest in this meeting, the room blocks at the Westin Rio Mar and El Conquistador Hotels are nearly full. Therefore, STP has added a third room block at Gran Meliá Puerto Rico for the evenings of Friday 6/8, Saturday 6/9, Sunday 6/10, Monday 6/11, Tuesday 6/12, and Wednesday 6/13. Shuttle service (approximately 10-15 minute shuttle ride) will be provided to the headquarter hotel.

The Gran Meliá Puerto Rico is also located on the Northeast corner of Puerto Rico in Coco Beach, Río Grande. Attendees can choose from nine restaurants and lounges. the resort also offers a lagoon-style swimming pool, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a full-service spa, 2 world-class 18-hole golf courses and three lighted tennis courts. High speed internet access is also included in each room.
