Forms will be date-stamped as they arrive. This is your date of registration.
NOTE: To prevent double-billing, if you are registering by fax, DO NOT mail your original registration form. STP needs only one copy for processing. All mailed and faxed registration forms will be processed online by STP staff.
STP Member, Student*, and Nonmember** Paid Registration
Monday through Thursday scientific sessions, continental breakfasts and breaks Monday through Thursday, Exhibitor-sponsored lunch on Tuesday, Exhibit Hall access, and one admission to the Welcome Reception (Monday) and the Wednesday evening President’s Reception (Wednesday).
* A letter of verification from a department chairman must accompany student registrations. Any student registration received with no verification letter will be processed at the higher non-member fee. Copies of student identification cards are not acceptable.
** Nonmembers who apply for membership prior to June 30 and who are accepted will receive complimentary dues for the remainder of 2014 and the online journal issues for the remainder of the year. Please visit the STP Membership Application page to apply for membership.
Student Registration Fee Waiver 
Spouse/Guest Registration
(Monday through Thursday continental breakfasts and afternoon breaks in the suite), one
admission to both the Welcome Reception (Monday), the President’s Reception (Wednesday), and a half-day tour (for guests registered by March 10, 2014).
Exhibitor Registration
The Exhibitor registration fee includes Monday through Thursday scientific sessions, Exhibit Hall access, continental breakfasts (Monday through Wednesday), morning and afternoon breaks, Exhibitor-sponsored lunch (Tuesday), and one admission to both the Welcome Reception Monday evening and the President’s Reception Wednesday evening. Each exhibiting company is permitted two complimentary Exhibitor registrations per (8’x10’ booth). Additional registrants should register at the Exhibitor Member, Exhibitor Nonmember, or Exhibitor (Scientific Sessions not included) rate.
Exhibitor $380 Registration
The Exhibitor Registration fee ($380) is for companies with more than two exhibitors. This reduced registration does not
include admission to the scientific sessions, but does include continental breakfasts, breaks in the Exhibit Hall, and one admission to the Welcome Reception and President’s Reception.
One-Day Registrations
One-Day Registrations are offered Monday through Thursday and include Scientific Session(s), continental breakfast and break(s), Exhibit Hall access (if Monday–Wednesday). The Monday fee includes lunch in the Exhibit Hall; Wednesday includes one ticket for the President’s Reception.
US Government Employee Tuesday—Only Sessions Registration
The scientific sessions on Tuesday, June 24, have been designed in response to requests from the Federal regulatory community. Interested US Government employees may register to attend Tuesday morning and afternoon sessions listed below at no charge (Full meeting attendees also may attend at no charge). Registration (indicating one or both sessions) is required by June 1.

- Tuesday PM Scientific Session: Role of the Toxicologic Pathologist and the Regulators in Making Data Derived from New Technologies Applicable to New Submissions
Cancellation Policy
All requests for cancellations and/or
refunds must be received in writing at STP HQ by May 10, 2014. These refunds
will be processed, less a $25 processing fee. Refund requests received after
May 10, 2014, will not be processed.
Continuing Education/Career Development Courses
NTP Symposium
The Saturday NTP Satellite Symposium is free, but registration is required. Wireless keypads (100) will be distributed at the door to registrants on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Career Development Sessions
Please check the corresponding box on the registration form to sign up for either the Career Development Workshop or Career Lunchtime Series session. These two sessions are offered to attendees at no charge, however, registration is required.
Continuing Education Courses
A separate registration fee is charged to attend each of the the Sunday Continuing Education course(s). One course will be offered in the morning and two in the afternoon. Course details.
If you have previously registered for the meeting and would like to add a CE course, please contact STP Headquarters for processing. You may also mail or fax a registration form and indicate that you are adding a CE course.

Photography of poster presentations is prohibited without the specific consent of the presenter(s)/author(s). Photography of exhibitor booths and/or equipment is prohibited without the specific consent of the exhibitor. Photography, Videotaping, or Recording of Scientific Sessions or CE Courses is not permitted.
