The 43rd Annual Symposium of the Society of Toxicologic Pathology will take place June 16–19, 2024, in Baltimore, Maryland. The theme for the 2024 Annual Symposium is “Innovative Therapeutics: Biology, Toxicologic Pathology, and Regulatory Perspectives” and promises to be another dynamic meeting with excellent scientific sessions, continuing education courses, and many networking opportunities. The Symposium and Exhibition will be held at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront.

The STP Exhibition provides exhibitors with a unique, intimate environment with nearly 500 research scientists, industry consultants, and other professionals in one location, with networking and marketing opportunities at every turn. The Exhibit Hall is a convenient place for attendees to find out about products and services that are specifically relevant to their profession. Dedicated Exhibit Hall hours have been built into the program, allowing meeting attendees plenty of opportunities to visit with Exhibitors to discuss their needs and find solutions from trusted industry suppliers.

This event is designed to foster networking and communication among the scientific community, biopharmaceutical and agrochemical industries, and international regulators involved in the interpretation of toxicology and pathology data. The STP Exhibition is a terrific opportunity for your company to elevate your brand with this targeted audience.

Exhibits must be set by 5:00 PM on Sunday, June 16

Exhibitor Move-Out

All material must be packed, ready and removed from the exhibit area by 3:00 PM on Wednesday, June 19.

Booth Rental Fees

The exhibit space will be 8’ deep and 10' wide and include one 6’x 30” table, two side chairs, one wastebasket and one 7"x 44" identification sign. All other items are additional and should be ordered through the official service contractor, Shepard Exposition Services.

* Note: The Marketing Opportunities fee does not include the cost of the item. Exhibitors are responsible for ordering the items and paying the fees to produce the item. Items must include the STP Logo and the sponsoring company logo. These opportunities are available to 2024 Exhibitors and Sponsors. All items and artwork to be approved by STP prior to production. Items must be received at STP headquarters no later than Friday, May 24, 2024.

Email Broadcast—$750 each / 5 slots
Reach Annual Symposium Attendees via email! This opportunity is available on a first-come, first-served basis and is sent to all registered Annual Meeting attendees on behalf of the exhibitor via STP. Only five opportunities are available—May 9, May 16, May 23, May 30, June 6. One opportunity per organization. Request the order form from the Exhibits Manager to secure your slot. 250 words or less. All content is due one week prior to the scheduled email, HTML format is preferred.

Mobile App Promoted Post Notification—$500 each / 6 slots 
Connect with Annual Symposium attendees through the Mobile App with a Promoted Post Notification. The notification will appear on attendees’ phones at a designated time with your short message (limited to 140 characters). Posts cannot contain an image but can link to a website. Available Sunday through Wednesday. One message per day with no more than one post/message per company, per day. Request the order form from the Exhibits Manager to secure your slot.

Attendee Mailing List
Want to increase awareness of your presence at the show? Have a great give-away or raffle you want to promote? Want to increase traffic to your booth? Then consider a pre-show mailing. Mailing data and/or labels will be available for purchase either before or after the meeting for approved mailings at a cost of $500 plus shipping (if necessary). Electronic versions will only be sent to third-party mail houses. To order the list, simply email STP Headquarters or complete the Mailing List Order Form. Lists will include name, organization, and address only. Due to STP privacy policy, email addresses and phone numbers are not included. You may request a list of all pre-registered meeting attendees and exhibitors or the entire STP membership list for the same price.
