Annual Symposium Code of Conduct

STP will promptly and thoroughly investigate reports of non-compliance with the Annual Symposium Code of Conduct and, should a violation be found to have occurred, reserves the right to rescind the registration and participation in the Annual Symposium of any participant found to have violated this code.
- Attendees of the Annual Symposium must abide by STP’s Non-Discrimination and Anti-Harassment Policy and Privacy Policy
- All STP events and materials are for viewing and use by the registrant only.
- The recording of any education sessions, presentations, demos, videos, messaging, polls, or related content in any format is strictly prohibited. This includes screen shots or copying any virtual activity.
- STP is not liable for the content of websites linked, transmitted, and shared in any presentations or associated materials.
- Attendees consent to their verbal comments and chat messages, including name and photo (if provided), being recorded.
- Attendees acknowledge any content posted to the virtual platform (e.g., chat or poll responses) is considered non-confidential and non-proprietary.

Photography of poster presentations is prohibited without the specific consent of the presenter(s)/author(s). Photography of exhibitor booths and/or equipment is prohibited without the specific consent of the exhibitor. Photography, videotaping, or recording of Scientific Sessions or CE Courses is not permitted.
Cancellation Policy
If you must cancel your registration, a request must be received in writing to STP Headquarters no later than May 15, 2024. The registration fee will be refunded less a $75 processing fee. Refund requests received after May 15 will not be processed.
