The host hotel for the STP 43rd Annual Symposium is the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront hotel, ideally situated in the Harbor East neighborhood in Baltimore, Maryland. The waterfront location provides unparalleled access to local favorites including Fells Point, the National Aquarium and the restaurants and shops of Baltimore’s Inner Harbor.
You are encouraged to book the official STP host hotel, where we have reserved a block of rooms at negotiated rates for the convenience of all our attendees. Reserving your guest room at the official STP host hotel helps STP secure appropriate meeting space for the Annual Symposium while also keeping registration rates low.

The STP Housing Block cut-off date has passed. Rooms may still be available at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront outside of the STP block at a higher price. Please contact the hotel directly to book your room.

Deposit and Cancellation Policies
A credit card guarantee is required to hold each individual reservation. A deposit equal to one night’s stay, plus tax, is only required if a credit card is not available and will be applied to the first night of the reserved stay. Should you need to cancel your reservation, 72-hour advance notice is required to avoid a charge of one night’s stay and tax.
Guest Room Internet
Guest room wireless internet will be included complimentary for any Marriott Bonvoy members. Membership in this rewards program is complimentary.
Parking
Valet parking is available at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront hotel. The parking garage does not accommodate oversized vehicles. The height clearance is 6 feet 6 inches. Parking rates are subject to change. Valet parking does not allow in-and-out privileges.
Valet parking only: $49 daily
Self-parking is available at neighboring parking garages. The hotel is not able to validate parking at neighboring garages.
BUYER BEWARE of Possible Hotel Reservation Fraud
Please be cognizant of unauthorized companies contacting STP exhibitors and registrants offering hotel reservations at the event location. These "unofficial" housing companies will aggressively pursue exhibitors and attendees to book hotel rooms through their company at supposedly significant discounts.STP does not work with an official housing company. Please be sure to make your reservation directly with the hotel. Reservations made through anyone other than the hotel or their reservation center will be at your own risk. Please note that the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront does not solicit reservations or credit card information by phone. If another housing company trying to sell hotel rooms contacts you, please notify STP Headquarters.
