REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

Register for the STP 40th Annual Symposium by following the instructions below. Register prior to April 30, 2021 and Save! Online registration is preferred, however, registrants paying by check or those not utilizing the Internet may submit their Registration Form by fax or mail.

Exhibitors - Register your complimentary booth staff by downloading the Registration Form . If more than the allotted complimentary badges are needed, exhibiting companies must register additional personnel as a conference attendee using the online registration system.

Forms will be date-stamped as they arrive. This is your date of registration. All mailed and faxed registration forms will be processed by STP staff.

Registration Information

STP Member, Student*, and Nonmember** Paid Registration includes:

Scientific sessions (Monday through Thursday); Exhibit Hall access; Breaks (Monday through Thursday), and one admission to both the Welcome Reception (Sunday) and the President’s Reception (Wednesday).

* A letter of verification from a department chairman must accompany student registrations. Any student registration received with no verification letter will be processed at the higher non-member fee. Copies of student identification cards are not acceptable.

** Nonmembers who apply for membership prior to July 1 and who are accepted will receive complimentary dues for the remainder of 2021 and the online journal issues for the remainder of the year. Please visit the STP Membership Application page to apply for membership.

Guest Registration includes:

One admission to the Welcome Reception (Sunday) and the President’s Reception (Wednesday).

Exhibitor Registration includes:

Scientific sessions (Monday through Thursday), Exhibit Hall access, Breaks (Monday through Thursday), and one admission to the Welcome Reception (Sunday) and the President’s Reception (Wednesday). Each exhibiting company is permitted two complimentary Exhibitor registrations per rented 10'x10' booth. Additional registrants should register as an Exhibitor Member, Exhibitor Nonmember, or Exhibitor (Scientific Sessions not included).

Exhibitor $410 Registration

The Exhibitor Registration fee ($410) is for companies with more than two exhibitor personnel. This reduced registration does not include admission to the scientific sessions, but does include breaks in the Exhibit Hall, and one admission to the Welcome Reception (Sunday) and President’s Reception (Wednesday).

One-Day/Half-Day Registrations

One-Day/Half-Day Registrations are offered Monday through Thursday and include Scientific Session(s), break(s), and Exhibit Hall access (if Monday through Wednesday). Wednesday one-day registration includes one ticket for the President’s Reception.

Continuing Education/Career Development Courses

NTP Symposium

Registration is required. Wireless keypads (100) will be distributed at the door to registrants on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Career Development Sessions

Please check the corresponding box on the registration form to sign up for either the Career Development Workshop or Career Development Roundtable session. These two sessions are offered to attendees at no charge, however, registration is required.

Continuing Education Courses

A separate registration fee is charged to attend each of the Sunday Continuing Education course(s). Two courses will be offered in the morning and two in the afternoon. Course details.

If you have previously registered for the meeting and would like to add a CE course, please contact STP Headquarters for processing. You may also mail or fax a Registration Form and indicate that you are adding a CE course.

STP 40th Annual Symposium Policies

Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel your registration, a request must be received in writing to STP Headquarters no later than May 15, 2021. The registration fee will be refunded less a $50 processing fee.

Photography, Videotaping, Recording Policies

Photography of poster presentations is prohibited without the specific consent of the presenter(s)/author(s). Photography of exhibitor booths and/or equipment is prohibited without the specific consent of the exhibitor. Photography, Videotaping, or Recording of Scientific Sessions or CE Courses is not permitted.
