Greetings STP Members,

I hope you all had a restful and enjoyable holiday, and that the new year has started off strong. I thoroughly enjoyed a long staycation, which involved leisurely outings with family and a ‘to-do’ list that was temporarily tamed—only to bounce right back to its original size (sigh). Despite my attempt at making progress at home, the break is officially over, and it is time to get back to ‘real’ work! And, with that comes a chance to look ahead at what needs to be done. Whether it is a New Year’s resolution or the annual goal-setting process in corporate America, this is a good time to review and make plans.  . . .
