President, Society of Toxicologic Pathology,
2025–2026
Dear Colleagues and Friends:
The end of the year is often the busiest, with goals to reach, performance reviews to write, and lists to check—all added to the normal day-to-day grind. We often rush headlong into the holidays with demands on our professional and personal lives, and risk not dedicating time to pause, reflect, and celebrate individual and team accomplishments. Although this process can sometimes feel like another box to check before we head off on vacation, dedicating some time to this process can serve to reinforce motivation and a sense of pride. In this Report, I hope to celebrate the recent (and many) accomplishments of the STP, in the hope that it motivates you all to join in the action and contribute in 2026.
Since the last Scope Newsletter, the STP has offered several educational opportunities, including the annual modular course, three continuing education (CE) courses, two webinars, and a regional meeting. This year’s modular course entitled “Fundamentals and Application of Clinical Pathology in Nonclinical Toxicology Studies” was truly special. . . .
