Hotel Information and Hotel Reservations—STP has reserved a limited block of discounted rooms at the JW Marriott Indianapolis.

Awarded the Best Hotel in Indiana by Condé Nast Traveler, the stunning blue glass of the JW Marriott Indianapolis shines 33 stories above the city. The hotel boasts an ideal location in Downtown Indianapolis amidst world-class shopping and dining and is just steps to White River State Park with 250-acres of greenspace, the scenic Central Canal, and a collection of Indy’s top attractions.

To receive the STP rates, be sure to use the STP Online Reservation link above and select “Attendee” from the drop down menu. Make your reservation by Friday, May 11, 2018. If you reserve by phone be sure to mention that you are with the Society of Toxicologic Pathology (STP) meeting and specify to the operator which block you are booking. The Hotel does not call guests directly to assist with booking hotel rooms. If you are contacted by someone saying they represent the hotel, please let Maureen Bayley know.

Government Attendees

Government employees may make a reservation using the Online Hotel Reservations link and “Government” from the drop down menu or call the Hotel Reservations phone number above to receive the government rate during the meeting. The Government rate is available from June 15–20, 2018. Government rated rooms are limited and a Government ID is required upon check-in.

Note: You are encouraged to make hotel reservations as soon as possible to ensure availability in the headquarters hotel (even though JW Marriott Indianapolis deadline says May 11.)

The daily total is $224 for a single or double room. Hotel’s room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 10.5% tax, 2% TMD Assessment Fee, and a $0.21 cents Tourism Fee) in effect at the time of check-in.

Government rate: $95 (subject to change)
High speed internet is included in the guest room rate for attendees who book within the STP guest room block.

On-Site parking: $43 USD daily
Valet parking: $28 USD daily
Self-parking is available off Washington Street at the second entrance off Maryland Street.
