Student Housing

A limited number of discounted student rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis, at the Fairmont Chicago Millennium Park. Student rates are valid June 21–25, 2025 (check-out on or before June 26) and are subject to applicable local taxes (currently 17.4% sales tax) in effect at the time of check-in. Guest Room Rates are available until May 23, 2025, or until the limited rooms sell out. Student rated rooms are limited, and a Student ID is required upon check-in.
