Airport

Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD)

18 miles from Fairmont Chicago Millenium Park

Uber/Lyft—approximately one hour or less ($60)
Taxi—approximately one hour or less ($60)
Elevated Train/Subway—approximately 45 minutes ($5)
Take blue line from airport to Washington stop and walk about 15 minutes to the hotel.

Chicago Midway International Airport (MDW)

12 miles from Fairmont Chicago Millenium Park

Uber/Lyft—approximately 40 minutes or less ($30)
Taxi—approximately 40 minutes or less ($35)
Elevated Train/Subway—approximately 25 minutes ($2.50)
Take orange line from airport to State/Lake stop and walk 10 minutes to the hotel.

Ground Transportation within Chicago

Bus and Subway

Chicago Transit Authority’s (CTA) bus and elevated/subway train lines, including the famous “L”, will transport you around town and to major attractions. The State/Lake stop on the Brown, Orange, Green, and Pink lines is a 10-minute walk from the Fairmont.

Taxi Service

Taxis are readily available in the city to get from place to place. In the summer you also have the option to board one of the water taxis which run along the Chicago River or lakeshore for a scenic alternative.

Parking

Valet parking is available at the Fairmont Chicago Millenium Park hotel. Parking rates are subject to change. Valet parking allows in-and-out privileges.

Valet parking: $65 daily for STP attendees staying at the hotel

Self-parking is available at neighboring parking garages. The hotel is not able to validate parking at neighboring garages.
