Online Hotel Reservations

To receive the STP rates, be sure to use the STP Online Reservation link above and select “Attendee” from the drop down menu. Make your reservation by Tuesday, May 31, 2016. If you reserve by phone be sure to mention that you are with the Society of Toxicologic Pathology (STP) meeting and specify to the operator which block you are booking. The Hotel does not call guests directly to assist with booking hotel rooms. If you are contacted by someone saying they represent the hotel, please let Maureen Bayley know.

Government Employees

Government employees may make a reservation using the Online Hotel Reservations link and select “I have an Access Code” from the drop down menu. Use the access code STPGOVT or call the Hotel Reservations phone number above to receive the government rate for June 24-30, during the meeting. Government rated rooms are limited and a Government ID is required upon check-in.

Note: You are encouraged to make hotel reservations as soon as possible to ensure availability in the headquarters hotel (even though Manchester Grand Hyatt deadline says May 31.

Manchester Grand Hyatt rates: The daily total is $265 for a single room. Hotel’s room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 10.5% tax, 2% TMD Assessment Fee, and a $0.21 cents Tourism Fee) in effect at the time of check-in.
