How do I install the App?

iOS:

The iOS app is compatible with iPhones, iPads, and iPod touches running on an operating system of 11 and above. Device models older than the iPhone 4s, iPod touch 5th generation, and iPad 2 will not be able to run 11. If your DoubleDutch app is on version 7.0+ and you are using an iOS device, the app is only supported on iOS 11 and higher.

1. Open the App Store app and search for the app by entering “STP2019”.
2. Press the “Get” or “Install” button and the download will begin
3. After the download completes, open the app on your phone and login using the credentials sent to you via email from Double Dutch

Android:

The Android app is compatible with Android phones and tablets running on an operating system of 5.0 and above.

1. Open the Google Play app and search for the app by entering “STP2019”.
2. Select “Download”
3. After the download completes, open the app on your phone and login using the credentials sent to you via email from Double Dutch

Desktop, Blackberry, or Windows Device (including Surface Tablets):

HTML 5 is a web-based application and can be accessed on a web-browser (optimized in Chrome, Safari, Firefox, IE 11+) used for desktops, Blackberry 10, and Windows Phones IE.

1. Open the download page for the app
2. Click on HTML5
3. Enter your login information using the credentials sent to you via email from Double Dutch

HOW TO LOGIN, REQUEST OR CHANGE PASSWORD

When you access the iOS app, Android app or HTML, you will be prompted to enter your email login and password. Note: Access to the mobile app is restricted to meeting registrants. You may reset your password through the app at any time.

Support: Attendees can access the DoubleDutch attendee help center. Support is available from STP Staff before the meeting at stp@toxpath.org and at the help desk in the registration area during the Annual Meeting.
