STP has a limited number of Government-rated rooms available at the Red Rock Resort. The Government Per Diem for June 2023 is $120.

Resort Fee
A reduced daily resort fee of $25.00 plus 13% tax per night will be applied to each guest room, which includes:

• Internet in guestrooms (streaming capable) for all night stays
• Unlimited local and toll-free calls from guestrooms within the US
• Fitness Center access for guests 18+ based on current hours (does not include spa)
• Two complimentary small waters (in room, one time per stay)
• Concierge Services

Online Reservations
STP has reserved a guest room block at the Red Rock Resort at a special discounted rate of $190 per night plus taxes and an $25 resort fee. Attendees are responsible for booking their own hotel accommodations. Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 13%) in effect at the time of checkout. The room rate is for single or double occupancy; there may be additional charges for more than two adults in a room. The room rate is offered three days before and three days after the STP meeting, based on availability, for reservations made before the cutoff date. Guest room reservations at the Red Rock Resort will be taken until the block is sold out or the cutoff date of Friday, May 19, 2023, whichever comes first. The STP guest room rate cannot be guaranteed after Friday, May 19, 2023 or if the room block sells out early Check-in time is 4:00 pm, and checkout time is 11:00 am. Basic-tier wireless internet is included in the resort fee.

Deposit and Cancellation Policies
A deposit equal to one night's room and tax is required to hold each individual's reservation. Such deposit shall serve to confirm the reservation for the dates indicated, and upon check-in, shall be applied to the first night of the reserved stay. The Resort shall accept payment in the form of personal check, money order, or valid credit card. Should a guest cancel a reservation, the Resort shall refund this deposit provided notice of cancellation is given at least 72 hours prior to arrival. Currently the policy is 72 hours and STP agrees to the cancellation policy in effect in 2023.

BUYER BEWARE of Possible Hotel Reservation Fraud
In the past, we have been made aware that unauthorized companies contacted STP exhibitors and registrants offering hotel reservations at previous events. These “unofficial” housing companies aggressively pursued exhibitors and attendees to book hotel rooms through their company at supposedly significant discounts. Unfortunately, some past attendees have fallen prey to these scams, causing great hardships to these individuals.

STP does not work with an official housing company. Please be sure to make your reservation directly with the hotel. Reservations made through anyone other than the hotel or their reservation center will be at your own risk. Please note that the Red Rock Resort does not solicit reservations or credit card information by phone. If another housing company trying to sell hotel rooms contacts you, please notify STP Headquarters.
